After reviewing each video provided here. The only explanation is that, First video; he got a repair when landing on the script in zino's map and there were cases that players have infinite burning bug (happened a lot) but it was fine in his pov.  Other clips might not be enough here in this report but we also received some new ones privately and thus this report is valid & Matrix is now banned from cw arena for 15 days.  For future reports as well regarding unstable pings, you can use Ping Limit when sending a cw request (make it 60) to avoid such cases.  

After reviewing this report, it’s clear that Hedi has warned you multiple times. This shows he was simply doing his job as part of the administration team.   Additionally, your behavior toward him has been disrespectful, which is not acceptable. We do not tolerate any form of negative behavior toward any staff member.   Therefore, this report is invalid.
