So first of all, Hello!
My name is Bartek (GoreX), im 25 Years old and i currently live in a small village near Stuttgart. In my free time i love to play games, spent time with my Girlfriend and i also enjoy long rides with my car. I listen to music and podcasts alot aswell. 
Recently i also found out I have a huge passion for cooking which could explain my obesity.
And while im not doing any of that, I work at the "Deutsche Bahn" to make a living.
 
2. Tell us about your MTA history briefly.
 
Since im a part of the MTA-Community since 2011, its kind of hard to keep it short but i'll try:
 
As i said, i started playing in May of 2011, a random guy from  the  "Metin2" Global chat introduced me to this game.
I started playing on ffs and later on i went over to Bloody Race, where i've spent almost 1600hours of playtime.
Hard maps were my passion so people started recognizing me as the guy who was playing only hard maps. 
It took me a while to pass them but when i did it once, i became so consistent, i could do it almost in every try.
The hardest map i've finished was Unmatched Players back then when i recorded it and ever since i didnt play that much anymore.
 
Oh yeah, i also made 3 Solo maps and i've also been a part of 32 player ft. called "Igors Family".
 
In the past 6 months i enjoyed playing MTA again and i thought, to myself: I want to be a part of this community again and have a lot of fun.

I've met alot of nice people here, members and players. I get along with them very well and had a lot of fun.

5. How can you be useful for "The Favoured Few"?
 
As i said, my experience in this game is huge, along with a good knowledge in Mapping. I can Test maps, play in Clanwars, host events.
Since i am very active i can help with keeping the server clean of campers,racists, well bad people in general.
If i get my ass up to train some maps again, i could also be of big use in Clanwars.
 
6. Why should we choose You over other applicants?
 
Everything i do, i do with passion and love for the game and thats where i am different compared to the others.
Im in no way the best at anything but i bring a big set of skills which makes me somehow "special" i'd say.

My journey started around 2012 on the very first SHC// server and since then been playing this game. Joined and left lots of clans, retired way too often and most importantly met lots of good friends and made mostly good memories in these ~10 years. It's no secret that I've not really been playing this game at all and instead invested a lot of time in other games and consoles,  but never managed to find quiet an unique experience like MTA. I can confidently say that this game & its community is irreplacable. So here I am, trying to be a bit more active and be a part of this community.

Ever since I know this clan & server I always felt welcomed here, no matter which clan I was part of.
Made tons of fun memories and spending time on the server always meant a lot to me no matter how big the playerbase at the time was.
Seeing all old friends and people I remember from previous clans and servers simply brings me joy and makes me wanna reconnect with this community.
I wanna be part of this community and have some fun every now and then to get distracted from the busy and fast world we live in today.

5. How can you be useful for "The Favoured Few"?
 
In the past decade I've gained a lot of experience in administrating a server, played quiet a few clanwars. I'd consider myself a flexible administrator, open for different tasks.

6. Why should we choose You over other applicants?
 
You probably shouldn't. My work requires me to sometimes work on weekends, making it hard to take part or even prepare for events / clanwars.
In general my work time varies a lot so it's out of my power to spend a lot of time being useful.
If you're looking for a guy that is still fast on classical maps and knows how to manage a player base, here I am.

My name is Vinicius, I'm 19 years old, I'm from Brazil (state of São Paulo), and in the game I play under the nickname (snowxz) I work from 5 am to 12 pm and sometimes until 1 pm and I study at night and when I have time I work out! !!
2. Tell us about your career as an MTA:
Well, let's go...! I've been playing MTA since 2014, it was in 2014 when I discovered MTA and I only played on the ffs game server, but I played to play, I played for fun, I didn't play to compete, I always saw a lot of DM players, hunters, hunters and several others competing there on that server and it was really good, because there was a lot of adrenaline and a lot of competition, it was a game that I loved playing (I still love it to this day!!), but everything good doesn't last forever, it would be great if these competitions continued, until on other servers too, but it's over... that's why ffs is no longer a good server to play on, arrogant players, abusive administrators, game modes that are not respected, there are no more competitions... anyway!
I started in 2014 and in 2018 I stopped when I didn't have a PC (reason: cuts and I didn't have money to renew)...!! And then I started playing again in 2019, but I didn't play for a long time, it took about 4 months and I stopped playing again, (reason: I didn't watch it again, SV was already bankrupt, nobody played anymore, that server was horrible and then I decided to play cs... Finally, 2020 arrived and I went back to MTA again xD, but this time I continued, I created a new account on the ffs server and continued playing there (every day)!! 2022 I started playing on the TFF server, the server that most of the good players play there now!!.
My Skills: Hunter 9/10, DM 8/10, DM WFF 7/10, Marksman 8/10.

It's a very good clan, they are pros in all the modes they play (dm, dm wff, hunter, shooter), besides being good, they are friendly and very nice, I know all the members, the managers, the leaders and others too , I don't have a fight with any of them, I don't have anger or hate for them, I talk to all of them and other players too! I can help with dm cw, hunter dm, normal dm because wff I can't play because I have bad fps because I don't have a good pc and my video card burned...! I'm a player who likes to train maps with friends, play MTA with friends and other games too, like cs;go and such, it's a team that plays seriously when they need to and play to play when they want, it's a well organized family in cw's and everything else, and I would like to be part of this family, this wonderful team that is synergy, play together with them, help them in cw's, have fun together with them,
and I would like to learn more from them and become better than I already am!!! I really hope to be accepted into this team of my friends! 😄

My name is Crhistian(TheDragoN in-game), I'm 26 years old and i am from Villarrica, Paraguay.
2. Tell us about your MTA history briefly.
This chapter of my life called Multi Theft Auto San Andreas started in the 5th month of 2010 in a latin american server called GT Gran Turismo Chile Drift and Racing where the first step of learning the game began, after making sure the understanding of basic commands and everything related that i make my next move to the server Mini-Missions, i was kinda obsessed to learn games with weapons since my childhood i played a lot of random shooting games around the internet but this was the time to try something that was on the next level and it was succesfull, a pro killer born with a blink of an eye, was a very interesting trip in MM till the end of 2012 when i discover for the first time the world of DM/Racing and ohter modes in the server of FFS Gaming that was completely different for me in that time, and i have to recognize that it was very difficult but i tried my best and step by step i was getting good and there as well i learned well english since i am from an spanish speaking country, also passing the time i discovered another servers like ffs, like Twisted Gamers, Empire of Riders, The old TFF and more. Well in the beginning of 2017 was my favorite year when a historic moment came to me, the first try to become referee for Lucky Seven(former event of ffs that was based from official mta racing clans) it was nervous at first but it went very succesfull from that moment some clans put their trust on me to be their main referee for their clan war games like Nothing to Lose, Iron Will, Project Beast, FFS Gaming and others i couldn't recall since is a long list, after i gain lot of trust my main goal after that was seeking to be a Head of Events since i was so experienced already but sadly that dream comes out to an end in the second semester of 2019 when my warrior, my old pc has peacefully died after 13 years being my mate, i was devastated because after a long hard work it was on my prime and i thought for a moment i was going to follow Tails legacy easily but nope. Years passed lot off people asked me when i was going to coming back but it was uknown till the end of 2022 when finally i got a new machine and started my new journey on a new home, The Favoured Few till now, of course i back to the things that always made me happy in the past and is my duty as referee, i was part of XMT, XT and EF events. what's coming next for me, we will see.

First of all i want to take care about clan wars arena due of the experience i saw in the game about people behavior making things unfair and spreading toxicity, and i don't tolerate that, so i want to put some order to make everything enjoyable, second as you might know i have a vast experience for events so introudce some in-game events will be my goal aswell that could provide money or donator status and last but not least learn and help you with map testing.

The news of the merger spread like wildfire, and congratulations poured in from all corners of the server. Players celebrated this new development, and the buzz around this event continued for days. With the combined skills and resources of these two clans, they were sure to dominate the game and establish their position as the ultimate champions. It was a momentous occasion for the Multi Theft Auto community, and everyone looked forward to seeing what the future held for this new alliance.

Hello everybody,

We have some big news to share about the worst-kept secret in MTA history, probably. We have decided to merge with Synergy. We are positive that these changes will result in an overall better experience, not only on the server but across the whole spectrum.

Why the merge and what are our goals?

Our goal is to be viewed as "THAT" clan and server again as we used to be viewed as, THAT server that everybody has wonderful memories of from back in the day, and THAT server that was the go-to server for everybody. We want to spread fun and happiness across the whole community and bring the community together as it used to be. We have a clear vision of how we want to proceed with our server, and it happens to be that the Synergy guys share the same thoughts, visions, and passion in bringing those values back to the community. As a unit, we want to show a strong presence in the MTA community and bring TfF back to its glorious state. TfF used to be a server that everybody looked up to and that everybody wanted to play on. Our server is the biggest priority in our clan, and with that merge, we are more than confident that we can bring those values and views back to the community. Over the years, TfF has been a great place for everybody to come together and enjoy this game, where we continuously attempted to bring you the newest features, tournaments, and such in order to keep your needs satisfied. We are confident in Synergy's ability to manage different important matters, driving abilities, and activity, and that they will support us in expanding even further. Synergy showed us their love and dedication for our server and shares the exact same views as we do. They only have good things in mind and have already brought some things to the table that are going to benefit both the community and our server in the long term. We, as TFF, believe that it was the wisest decision to agree to this merge, bringing the MTA community together once again.

What will this mean for the server and the community in general?
 
Arenas
We are going to introduce "Arena Managers" for every game mode, and we promise that each arena will be taken care of by a few representatives. We have gained new competent members who not only have experience in various administrative tasks but also possess the know-how for game modes that have been neglected by us.

More Events
Not only will we introduce Arena Managers, but we will also organize more events for game modes other than DM/HDM. We have heard your complaints and requests, and we fully agree with you. We are planning to rework the event schedules and adjust them to ensure a consistent flow of events for each game mode that should satisfy everyone.

Tournaments
We acknowledge that we let many of you down at the last World Cup that we hosted, and that was unacceptable on our part. The organization did not meet our usual standards as in the previous years' World Cups, and that won't happen again. We have a lot of new blood, and our new members are motivated to do whatever it takes to give all of you the best experience possible. We will also try our hand at new game modes, just as we are doing with the announced Shooter League.

5. Something to add:
 
Hey, welcome back to chapter 2 of exposing incompetent moderators, that are heavily overdue in their position. This episode we'll be reporting Evo for unjustified punishments and extreme user targeting, as funny as it is seeing Evo boil in his own juice, the lack of intefering from other staff members troubles me. This report will have two sections, as he's issued two heavy penalties that are very questionable and should probably be plenty to either get Evo demoted or removed from roster, because rules, yet again, apply on Moderators as much as they do on users. 
 
1) Lets begin with 7 day mute penalty. You can view in the logs that TFF Manager DraGuN handled situation according to server rules and moderator guidelines. As to when Evo chose to intefere and bend it to his own liking, scaling the penalty up to X168 TIMES larger than appropriate punishment for innocent rule break as can be seen in logs. Sure at first I repeated 1 message with 20 second interval 3 times, that could be considered a spam, but after receiving warning from DraGuN I stopped doing it. Only to do a joke 3 whole minutes after the mutes, sharing pretty much wholesome messages without any harmful content or being rude towards anyone and pasting in the bind one more time as for joke, not even spamming. Where DraGuN mutes me for the same reason as 3 fellow users above, because I did spam it before and had stopped after the warning. At which point Evo does what I have previously explained and breaks moderator guidelines. At this point I would like to quote rules that DraGuN himself has posted, emphasizing that his decision may overrule what Evo thought would be more fitting. 
     4.2 Why we included punishments: Each rule has its corresponding punishment clearly stated for clarity. If an administrator acts outside the scope of these rules, in any case, report this behaviour with proof using the reports section.
     4.3 Who the rules apply to: Everyone, including administrators, must abide by these rules and remember to record violations in the event that they need to present proof after a punishment, or at the request of a senior member.
I think it goes without saying that making penalty 168 times larger than initial penalty is as mentioned in 4.2 rule " acting outside the scope of the rules " . Again, rules exist as much for members as for Moderators. I'm sure he'll bring up mute evading, which was not a thing and I just assume someone from TFF had more sense than Evo and actually removed my penalty after he had given me 7 day mute for practically nothing, but making a joke after using bind three times in the chat. Cant comment much on that side, since I have no information as to who removed my penalty or was it faulty server side thing.

2) This one was like a cherry on top of cake, pure example of how incompetent Evo is as Moderator to interfere with a game mode he has no background knowledge in, nor experience. I have never been reported or punished for abusing of any sort in shooter. While on the other hand I have extensive experience Moderating shooter players as well as on FoXX, as on FFS. I also lead a group of shooter players ( for years now ) on side where my policy literally says that any sort of abuse is not being tolerated and bounds are cut off instantly regardless of how great the member was or could have been. Then we take Evo on other hand and there is not much to even the grounds here, not even seniority cuts through. So, lets put it all together. Less experienced, non-shooter player, without once visiting area during the game for which penalty was issued simply can make the decision to ban user for abusing. If it were Tim I would have understood, because he was the only Moderator that joined and saw the MS spike and might have faulty judgement to issue the ban, but no, out of all Moderators Evo had the largest expertise to put a dot on top of i and say that is abuse. Timing couldn't be funnier either, because it just shows how eager he is to cling to any given reason to punish me for slim to nothing, but given penalties are large and just wrong. I've somehow played your shooter up to Rank 1 to say with confidence that this server has more than few abusers that I could literally call out, if you have finally decided to look into this urging question, but it is certainly not me and just makes it sad that you even try to mud my name by saying I would do something of sort. If you want to actually get rid of real abusers, get proper shooter staff not some sort of upcoming popstars as is Evo. Commenting on my MS, yes it was high and yes it was unstable. It kept spiking up to hundreds as it has been doing for weeks now. We're not that large community here that plays shooter clan wars regullary and anyone can be asked about the issue of mine with having unstable MS when it comes closer to evening. But since it was just another unranked game without any bet that we arranged to kill the time it was not really an issue and I was not asked to leave by any of participants. Just being told once that I will not be playing following game, because of my high ping, which I understand, because it is not very enjoyable being shot by rocket that you did not even see coming at you, neither was the gameplay enjoyable for me and I was planning to leave either way. Penalty was issued somewhere after midnight 00:00 and I actually had a conversation with a friend on Discord during Clan War asking me to go play DayZ (for which Im glad he was curious about, because it just helps me make this point even more clear) to which I replied that I can not, because my ping is too high. There gameplay completely freezes if your ping reaches certain height making it unplayable, but on TFF it kind of ruins the gameplay but allows you to drive as you were, so out of two options I remained and finished the game I was invited to play in. And here's a snippet from Discord conversation roughly during the CW game just 40 minutes prior the penalty was issued by Evo. At first it was perma-punishment and later was changed to 15 day ban, making it so little just to hope that I will not make the time to report him for abusing and targeting me, simply because who really has time to do all of it. Well I took my time and I hope you take yours to really look through this report and take care of Evo, as it is long overdue.

Core refactor
 
We are thrilled to announce a major update that will redefine your experience and open up a world of exciting possibilities. We would like to introduce our new core which is a meticolously crafted foundation, that enhanches the performance, stability and overall gameplay. We have been receiving complaints about some performance issues which was inevitable at the time due to the high amount of resources and variable usage of each resources that resulted in more segment of memory allocation as required. This newly written core introduces the dynamic arena allocation, which results in arena management in a more efficient way, therefore, this opens up the possibility of handling clan wars in a different way, dynamically. This allows the server to create & manage clanwars without limits. This update comes handy, as we have been receiving requests for expanding the number of clan war arenas, the new core solves this problem, since you are able to create as many clan war arenas as you will.
 
Significant progress has already been made on the ongoing project, and we kindly request a brief extension of time to meticulously ensure the seamless functionality of the new core. Our utmost priority lies in attaining flawless performance without encountering any notable bugs, thus aligning with the predetermined benchmarks. Moreover, our objective is to effectively cater to user requirements by implementing performance enhancements that effectively meet their expectations.
 
The new core will include new features such as an animated podium, where people will have the possibility to choose a ped animation. I am not going to spoil too much on this, it will be unique and hilarious.
 
Besides that, we are innovating new ways to access cases, meaning the frequency of case drop will increase with some features which we will elaborate on later.
 
Estimated time for arrival: Since most of the implementation of the new core is done, and we are running tests, it can be expected sooner or later depending on the results, but we are trying our best to deliver it in some weeks.
 
New Interface
 
In addition to that, our latest core update will bring forth a cutting-edge interface revamp for the racing game modes, showcaasing a hightened level of modernity and user-friendliness. Furthermore, we are providing you the flexibility to customize the arrangement of interface components according to your preferences, making the user interface a dynamic and personalized space where you can curate the layout to your liking. Each components of the race UI will have the opportunity to be moved and resized. If you fail to arrange the components, we provide you the feature to reset all of the components to its initial status.
 

RaceUI: Interface - concept
 
This is not only limited to the race interface, as we are implementing changes in other type of areas as well, such as lobby, toptimes. Due to the highly increasing demand for clan wars, we have also decided to display it in a more efficient way, there will be a selector on top of lobby, which either displays only the clan war related arenas & the regular rooms.

The previously showed image has been made in an earlier phase, so please do not take it as granted, however the functionality & concept stays the same, other design will probably be made.
 
Garage  refactor
 
We decided to add new functionality to the Garage as well, and so we decided to completely rework it as well as the design of it. The design will be more efficient and it will provide modernity as cleanness as well. The garage will have the ability to purchase individual parts of the body parts, so you will only need to spend money on what you really want. After implementing these changes, the cost of the previously used garage will be refunded.
 
Currently this is also in progress, however the final version is still not yet clear, discussions are ongoing about the functionality of stickers, we may add some new functions for it for an easier customization. As we progress, we will have a complete final version and so enhance the functionality of each components of the resource as intended.
 
Training  refactoR
 
Training has not been updated for a while, and I do believe it lacks some functionalities which would help the players to access their full potential on some maps. We have been working on training update for a while as well, and I must say it has reached its final version, however due to the lack of time on our innovation team, we decided not to release it for a while. We are going to add our final touches to it and release it as soon as possible. In the meantime, let me provide you the current appearance of the new version of training:

This arena offers a unique twist on the popular race game mode by removing the conventional use of cars and instead allowing players to race on foot. While the concept of racing remains, the introduction of this new arena adds an exciting element of athleticism and agility to the gameplay experience. Prepare to lace up your virtual running shoes and sprint towards victory in this thrilling footrace-themed arena. We, must say we are new to this arena, so we accept every input in regards of this, more likely, we do ask our players to have an input on the arena's mechanism in order to give the best possible experience.

Hello, my name is Máté, i am from Hungary and i am 22 years old. You might know me as Hadid from the game.
 
2. Tell us about your MTA history briefly.
 
In 2009, i started playing with mta on Hungarian OS server named DGT. I started dm in 2011 and played on smaller servers, later i found ffs and TG but i didnt play much time there, i didnt like these servers. I continued to play on smaller servers, but they always shut down quickly, then in 2017 I didn't play the game for 1 year. In 2018 i started playing again on FoXX server most of you maybe you know me from there. I played a lot there, then when it "died" and lumiverse opened, I didn't play because there was no server where I felt comfortable so I didn't play between 2020 and 2022. Since I've been playing again I've been playing on Tff.
