As we all know Halloween is celebrated on 31 October by millions of people in multiple countries. For most, it is a fun time for kids who put on costumes and going door-to-door to get candy. But it is also known as a time of witches, ghouls, goblins, and ghosts.
Many children dress up in fancy costumes and visit other homes in the neighborhood. At each house, they demand sweets, snacks or a small gift. If they do not get this, they threaten to do some harm to the inhabitants of the house. This is known as playing 'trick-or-treat' and is supposed to happen in a friendly spirit, with no nasty or mean tricks being carried out.

Garage 2.0

Lets talk a bit about our future. We sadly can't release the full 2.0 garage yet, since we are currently working on implementing it as a standalone room itself. Until this is done, we decided to offer you all features of our current garage for free. You can expect Bodyparts, DVOs, stickers and a lot more to come with a sooner update. Here is a little preview of our infernus mod (thanks to nohear).

Opening Event

Since we appreciate you being part of our community, we decided to give you a chance to boost your early earnings for our upcoming garage! The 3 top players of each arena (DM, HDM, OS, DD, Hunter, and Shooter) will receive some additional goods, which will be rewarded on the 23rd of November:

1st: 3 months donator + 200k cash ingame

We are back again with some fresh news regarding the state of our clan.

I know that some of you were expecting this news sooner but we have decided to give us a bit more time.
And I'm quite happy that I can finally share some details on what we have been working on during all this time.

Let me start with announcing the Beta Testers of our upcoming new server.

The more the better...

We felt like, accepting more beta testers will give us better look at our server performance and in locating potential bugs so we have decided to invite 21 of our applicants as our first Beta Testers!

Final Date of Server Release

Even tho, we have just begin our first beta tests, we are feeling pretty comfy with the state of our server and so, we are giving you THE FINAL release date.

Server release:
23.10.2020 (Friday) at 19.00 CET.

No matter what the beta tests will show, we promise you that the server is going to be opened at that date. We completed all the major tasks we have set for ourselves and so we don't feel a need in delaying it any longer.

Team Manager and Garage features such as overlays & stickers will arrive shortly after the server opening!

Membership Changes & Recruitment
Not that while ago our clan consisted only 24 members, right now we have almost doubled this number!
And we are not planning on stopping! Quite shortly after release of this news we will begin our next recruitment.

In order to preform voting, we are closing our Join Requests section and it will remain locked untill the announcement of new trials.

So. good luck to those who have applied!

On top of that, @Aryse, @Atomix, @lazz12, @Samu, @Thalesz, @VenoM#!, @vinnyy who previously has been "unlucky" enough to join our clan has successfully passed their trial period!
They all proved themselves to become a true TfF'er and as of today earned full membership.

Besides the promotions, I would like to officially welcome @Ceeser into our clan. He has been a part off TfF before and so we know how big impact he will have for our developing team.

Hey!

As promised, we are finally revealing what we have planned for TfF for nearest future!

Let's start with something that many of you expected long time ago - TfF 2.0 server.
But before that, I would like to say few words overall.

TfF's been kinda unlucky when it comes to recruiting developers. Many of them, were doing what's best for them not community.
This is why we kinda never released 2.0 before. We had many projects started but they were never finished.
And so, we released in between patch 1.5, which really brought life to our server and clan. It was probably best period of time back then.
All thanks to Xiti who delivered what we all asked for.

But we can't run single gamemode server forever right?

Those ups and downs, kinda motivated me to drop mapping for scripting. It' wasn't anything big, just basic stuff.
I would be a liar If I called myself a super scripter as I am still learning. It's not what I do daily, but only when i get some free time.

But don't you worry, our 2.0 server is not my work 😛 We needed a proper base for our server which I myself couldn't deliver it to you.
So, I have contacted yet again Xiti. Guy responsible for 1.5 update and basicly our success with the server.

I asked him directly for mgm he worked with in the past ("VIP"). He rewrote crucial parts of it, while keeping the design.
I do believe this will be a great script to work with and deliver regular updates in the future.

TfF 2.0 Server Preview

Images doesn't represent final look. There will be some minor changes added before opening.

Server Arenas (available with 2.0 update):

DM (Deathmatch) - A combination between hard and normal "new-school" maps with autoB system and Hunter fights, OS (Old School) - Regular deathmatch with only old (nostalgic) maps - autoB and hunter fights also available DD (Destruction Derby) - You're fighting for your life, last man standing wins. PowerDD - Typical destruction derby arena but with a variety of pickable powers across the maps. Hunter - pure PvP hunter gameplay with spawnkill protection Shooter - you shoot and other cars go boom! Training - If you are unfamiliar with some of the maps, you can practise them here. Fun - Arena with a variety of minigames

Planned date of release:
14th-16th of August

Let's hope everything goes as planned and we will release the server in that period of time. Race arena and some other customization parts( including dvo) might come later with a patch 2.1 which we have also planned very shortly after release. 🙂

Lastly, I would like to mention one very important thing. To join our server and be logged in, you have to be registered on our forum.
Money will be reset and so the toptimes. There was a lot of abuse in the past regarding these two, like spawning on maps with a nitro what led to lack of possibility for others to get higher topitmes. Right now, each player will start with $50k cash and the points he had before update 2.0. We have decided to keep only points as we are very aware that some of you may be playing on our servers since 2011.

We think this changes will bring more life and competition once again to our server.

Hello lads.

This will be rather a short announcement but I guess it's finally a good moment to share few words to all of you...

Yeah, I know it's been a while since a last update here. But for the past few months (actually year and half to be exact) my real life's been quite a struggle.
By struggle I mean, I had a lot things to bare on my shoulders which made it quite impossible to find a spot for MTA stuff.
I will not dwell on it too much because I am not that type of person to share my personal stuff to the "internet".
Real life comes first and so I had to kinda isolate myself from MTA or any other game.

During my absence things went sideways with TfF and we can't deny that. We lost many good members, we lost our playerbase, but I won't cry over it.
Actually I am here today to fix those things and officially announce TfF's return because we are far away from giving up.

From now on, expect regular news, clan updates and member recruitments.

In the upcoming week, I will get more into details regarding our current state of clan members, our forum & server changes.
There's a lot to talk so stay tuned for that! 😘

I want to help as much as possible to keep this clan intact as "The Favoured Few", Since EfE merged with TfF I've nolifed MTA on TfF's server and it was a lot of fun, when my last clan (-VT|) closed I've been wandering around different servers looking for a place to call home, when I saw Swifty join EfE I wanted to learn more about that clan, I wasn't able to get close to it since I was dealing with personal life issues and studying ...etc, but through his perspective I've noticed that people in this clan we're like a family working together, and the organization was familiar to (-VT|)'s, then I saw the leadership of shockwave which reminded me of my old leader RetriX, So I planned on not losing this precious bond between the players in TfF since its one of the oldest clans and probably the last family after what happened in FFS.

Good at DM, Learning Hunter, Good At shooter, Basically any Race related gamemode,

General introduction
Hello, my name is Krzysztof, you can meet me in-game as KrmKy.
In a few months I will turn into an adult. I live in Lodz, Poland.
I am interested in English philology and I will attempt degree course in two years.
In the future I'd like to move to Scandinavia or Canada for a job and my place to live.

How often do you play this game? (h/day)
I used to spend much time in-game earlier, but I lost my motivation to train to any clan war.
I want to re-motivate myself by joining you guys.
Now, I am just clicking around. ( Approximately 2 hours per day ) However, I am very active at forum
Moreover, I am into every community, so I willingly take a conversation with each other.

Your MTA career by now (only momentous)
I started my anguish with this game 10 years ago, on the Slovakia's SKC server, where I got a knowledge about MTA's mechanics.
Few years ago I found out polish server called iG. There, I met a guy called NCHLS.
We really quick got on well with each other and became in-game friends.
To the present day we are still friends in spite of closeness disappearance.
I joined many minor clans which had no impact to the game.
In 2017, I joined the friend clan, Seventh Miracle. I was in this twice.
I felt really glad while spending time with them, it was the best time in this game.
I met many, really many awesome people who were my motivation to play.
Sadly, the clan has closed due to members inactivity.

Chat rules:
- CW managers and Referees are the only ones who are allowed to speak in main chat.
- Any kind of insulting, flaming or spamming in the main chat is strictly forbidden.
- Keep the main chat as clean as possible.
General rules:
- Both teams are able to choose impartial referee(s).
- Max ping: 280 (the player has to replace himself with a reserve in case his/her ping jumps(spikes) above 280)
- Min FPS: 42
- Everyone from each clan is able to participate in a clan war.
- Every clan is allowed to pick 2 HDM maps.
- If someone times out before the round starts, we restart the round.
- If someone times out while the map is running, we continue playing.
- If the ping of a player hits above 300 multiple times in a row, he is unable to play the CW until he gets his ping stable again.
- Any kind of insulting, begging or flaming is going to be punished with a mute. CW players can't be punished without being warned.
       *In case the player keeps insulting, begging or flaming (e.g. nick changing), he will be banned from the server.
- In case of draw after the 20 rounds, CW managers will discuss about it and decide if they want a draw or play additional round(s).
- After 10th round we are taking either 5 or 10 minutes break.
- CW can't be canceled two days before or later.
Deathmatch rules:
- If no one from each teams reaches the hunter, the player who went the farthest wins the point.
- If both teams fail in the same part, we will restart the map.
- Skipping useless nitro and repair pickups is allowed.
- Skipping vehicle pickups is not allowed.
- Waiting for nitro is allowed.
- Driving backward parts forward is allowed.
- In case of shortcutting, the player will be eliminated without the possibility of replacing him.
Hunter rules:
- The team with the last survivor gets the point.
- Shooting the vehicles with hunter is allowed.
- Spraying on vehicles or hunters is not allowed.
*Shooting cars is allowed after the countdown is done.
       *More than 3 shots per 5 seconds is spray.
       *In case of killing vehicle(s) with a spray, point for the "damaged" team.
       *In case of killing hunter(s) with a spray, we are restarting the fight on a hunter map without the sprayer.
- Shooting other hunters is allowed after the countdown has finished.
*In case a player with hunter gets killed before the countdown has finished, point for the "damaged" team.
- Back shooting while getting hunter is not allowed. In case of back shooting, the team which has been backshot gets the point.
- If someone is stuck in decorations with hunter, he can't get killed until he gets away.
       *In case someone dies due being stuck in the decorations, we are restarting the fight on a hunter map.
- In case of map limit or of running out of time, we are restarting the fight on a hunter map.
- In case there's hunter fight with less than 3 player per team, we're moving on a closed hunter map.

Pozz! My name is Dinko and I'm a 20 year old fella. I blessed myself with the nickname 'Empty', thanks to my radiant creativity 10 years ago.

• 2. How often do you play this game? (h/day):

Varies from day to day, in moderate hours. Just the right amount of time a person in their right mind would endure.

• 3. Your MTA career by now (only momentous):

I've been around the block for over a decade and up until this point my 'career' mainly revolved around participation in the Race community. Without question, my most fundamental so to speak landmark was my involvement with The Favoured Few from around mid-2012 until late 2015. A community I was able to benefit the most out of. Throughout the remainder of my time being (2016 - 2018), despite my extended inactivity, I was on a rather unsuccessful search for an alternative. That same 'career' which cast different directions down my path brings me back once again to what I originally consider my default environment, The Favoured Few community.

My sweaty racing days are long gone and neither do I code or design. What I always sort of specialized in was guidance and representation. Something that has categorically served me well even outside this platform. A healthy community no matter the environment, is in a never-ending need of a support pillar. 4 years have gone by, inducing significant changes. If I am being honored the spot, I would gladly involve myself in any regarded subject on behalf of the community. With everything theoretically said, the main attraction is the historical link I have with the clan. Even if the community developmentally stagnated, I'd still want to be around as a way of paying tribute.

• 7. Something to add (optional):

The server remains up and running. Evidently not as much as in the past but people still join and play daily.. right on, boys.

figured I'd properly announce myself real quick considering the amount of changes around here and the majority of newcomers. I've been on, playing for about a week. I already got acquainted with the few of you and to my gratifying surprise, I didn't expect the community to be running at this pace. I'm very glad!
