important Unban / Unmute Request Format

If you were banned or mutted you can always request for an unban or unmute. But first you need to do few steps to achieve it.

 

1) As you might suppose the first step would be making an unban / unmute request. To do it, you need to follow the format which I have posted below.

 

Topic Title

"your in-game nick" Unban / Unmute Request" (Choose Unban or unmute depending on what is your request about.)

 

Request Format

1. Your Nickname:

2. Your Serial: (to get your serial, open MTA, then open Console (using F8) and write "serial")

3. Admin's Nickname:

4. Server:

5. Ban / Mute Period:

6. Ban / Mute Reason:

7. Explaination:

 

2) Fill the gaps with all the informations you have been asked for.

3) Wait for the response of the admin or the one who banned / muted you.
