After examining the chat logs closely, it's clear that the conversation spiraled out of control. Initially, players were engaging in typical banter about Ryder's map, a common occurrence in our lovely community. However, the situation escalated when NeonoX went to ,,offensive", seemingly with the intention to provoke Ryder, leading to a heated argument. Instead of de-escalating the tension, both parties continued to exchange insults. In my view, given NeonoX's perceived position as a TfF's friend, a more responsible approach would have been to step back from the arguemnt and issue warnings to Ryder. This intervention could have potentially halted the intensifying argument. 

I think banning Ryder for 7 days wasn't at the place, considering the context and shared responsibility in the conflict. A more measured response would have been appropriate.

At this point, I have decided to lift Ryder's ban. However, I will withhold final judgment on this matter until further investigation is conducted by @Inspra
