Rules are there for a reason and having mental issues doesn't mean that you are above those rules. The next time you feel like a report is needed, do it, provide the evidence, we'll have a look at it and act accordingly. About the mute, since Qlimax's mute is about to end, there's no point in ending it and as you said, your problem is not the mute, but the fact that only you got muted. We understand the frustration and we apologize about that. Next time TheDragon will try to do better and if needed, take action against both parties. Since it's clear the both of you can't get along, please avoid each other to avoid further fights and drama. Just enjoy the game.

It seems like the two of you can't keep your beef in private, so you resort to reporting each other just to "have a win over the other". Both of you are getting muted for 1 day. This length was determined by the shots you took at each other in-game and taking into account the history between you two. Let me be clear, messages sent in other communities, such as vultaic or discord private servers are not considered as evidence, since these things are outside of TfF's control, they are simply factors (in this case, the length of the punishment). Use /ignore (name) to ignore each other and don't let the beef spill into this community, otherwise harsher actions will be taken.
