Installation: Copy two folders [ MTA | skins ] and paste with replacement into Multi Theft Auto directory, and then launch MTA and go to settings,
open the "Video" tab and set the brightness % to 50 (brightness changes after restarting the game),
in the "Interface" tab change [ Language: English | Skin: - Pacific Abyss - ]

 

( Q:Why is the "menu_text.png" size 4k? )
( A:To my surprise, "menu_text.png" changes animation on hover if the horizontal size is very large. O_о )
