As I am involved here I will reply too. Where in rules is written that I cant express my opinion about report? I got warning for nothing - so please someone bigger than this guy take care of this…
Secondly, why the hell is Community Manager player who is permabanned on most known server FOR TOXICITY?
Thirdly, stop creating your own rules which suits for you and prioritozing players… Azooz is banned for simple sentence too cause of this random girl.. if you can not find girl outside, you wont find it on MTA neither (or maybe by this way how u are acting yes 😄 )

I hope this message finds you all well. I wanted to share some concerns I have about a specific rule on our beloved TfF that restricts the use of languages other than English in the global chat.
First, let me clarify that I deeply appreciate the need for rules that maintain a positive gaming environment and ensure that players can communicate effectively. However, I believe there might be room for reconsideration when it comes to language restrictions in the global chat.
As many of you may know, TfF is a wonderfully diverse community with players from all over the world, each with their own unique languages and cultures. This diversity is one of the community's strengths, and it's something that sets us apart from other communities.
The global chat serves as a common space for players to come together, share experiences, and discuss various aspects of the game. By restricting it to English only, we unintentionally limit the opportunities for players to connect, help one another, and form deeper bonds within the community. It can be a bit alienating for those who aren't fluent in English or prefer to communicate in their native language.
One aspect I'd like to highlight is the potential implications this rule may have on freedom of speech within our community. Freedom of speech is a fundamental principle that allows individuals to express themselves freely, and while I understand the need for moderation and respectful communication, the current language restrictions in the global chat might be perceived as a limitation on this freedom. It's important to find a balance between maintaining a respectful environment and allowing players the freedom to express themselves in the language they are most comfortable with.
Additionally, allowing communication in various languages within the global chat can also offer a unique opportunity for language learning. Many of us have a desire to learn new languages, and by interacting with players who communicate in different languages, we can foster a multicultural and educational environment. It can be an enriching experience for all players, promoting cultural exchange and broadening our horizons.

I'm not suggesting that we abandon our commitment to a positive gaming environment; rather, I believe we can find a balance that preserves our community's diversity and fosters an even stronger sense of unity.

What "mess" exactly? Are you explicitly stating that TfF Members & Friends aren't doing their job?

When someone tries to communicate with you on a serious topic, you usually end up saying "no one understands me and no one reads my messages with understanding", and I am able to list these situations endlessly. To be honest I am not the only person who made this observation lately.

2. Tell us about your MTA history briefly.
 
My journey started around 2012 on the very first SHC// server and since then been playing this game. Joined and left lots of clans, retired way too often and most importantly met lots of good friends and made mostly good memories in these ~10 years. It's no secret that I've not really been playing this game at all and instead invested a lot of time in other games and consoles,  but never managed to find quiet an unique experience like MTA. I can confidently say that this game & its community is irreplacable. So here I am, trying to be a bit more active and be a part of this community.

4. Why do you want to join "The Favoured Few"?
 
Ever since I know this clan & server I always felt welcomed here, no matter which clan I was part of.
Made tons of fun memories and spending time on the server always meant a lot to me no matter how big the playerbase at the time was.
Seeing all old friends and people I remember from previous clans and servers simply brings me joy and makes me wanna reconnect with this community.
I wanna be part of this community and have some fun every now and then to get distracted from the busy and fast world we live in today.

5. How can you be useful for "The Favoured Few"?
 
In the past decade I've gained a lot of experience in administrating a server, played quiet a few clanwars. I'd consider myself a flexible administrator, open for different tasks.

6. Why should we choose You over other applicants?
 
You probably shouldn't. My work requires me to sometimes work on weekends, making it hard to take part or even prepare for events / clanwars.
In general my work time varies a lot so it's out of my power to spend a lot of time being useful.
