I talked it through with Kamen and came to the conclusion, that your warning and mute was out of the line, as the mute was far too long, we don't have a rule that forbids tagging while driving and Kamen was under a lot of pressure from some other players who were tag spamming and thought that you were one of them. Kamen will try to avoid making such mistakes in the future. Sorry for the inconvenience!

This case has really spiraled out of control. On the first screenshot posted by Qlimax, it can be seen that Cykz didn't aim this towards a certain individual, but instead towards a larger group of players. Without any further evidence regarding that section, it's hard to come to a conclusion, that Cykz was aiming this towards a certain group of players, so that screenshot will be marked as invalid. Going forward with the rest of the evidence that has been provided, Cykz will be nonetheless muted for 7 days for extremely toxic behavior, as the evidence that was provided by Qlimax, was enough to back up his accusations, while the defending side had accusations without any evidence to show for it. I highly recommend both sides to go 0 contact from now on, as it can be clearly seen that this can't be resolved in private. Use "/ignore" to ignore the other side.

We expected more, especially from an Administrator. Everyone gets their first and final warning regarding this. Saying things like that in a space where offensive language & political topics should be avoided is no way acceptable and will be punished on sight from now on. We are sorry for the inconvenience and will make sure something like this doesn't occur again.

Both sides are guilty in this case. Shael for irritating Nurz knowing the consequences and Nurz for lashing out on a player like that. I already talked to Nurz in private and let's hope situations like this can be avoided from now on. As for Shael, Attempt, Shakira and anyone who else is involved in this feud, please stop harassing players. If this doesn't stop, actions will be taken to end it. In there I primarily focused on PTP on my first half, where I received Juniorship, on the second half I was kicked from it and started focusing on Shooter. After I got banned around 2019, I moved to FoXX to have a new place to play. I stopped playing there after some time due to losing interest in the game, that's when Lumiverse opened and I applied. Nitrous Racing (2019-2020) (Left 10.08.2020) (Community Manager) - I left twice. First time it was due to a dispute with a leader, we talked about it, shook hands and left it in the past, so I rejoined. I stayed there for a few more months before leaving due to feeling like I don't belong in that clan and it not being the place I see being a part of for the upcoming years.
