Hello to anyone interested in this topic . Maybe it's not my job, but I'm curious to know why you do not do something like a trial? I think it is difficult to find a player of your clan level, but by creating a trial you can understand how a player develops and whether the results. Playing for instance a month on your server, the player shows itself either bad or good. This allows you to fill up the composition and give a chance for players to prove themselves. I think the idea is not bad, but you decide. Thank you and good luck.
