My journey as a staff member has always been driven by a proactive attitude and a deep commitment to maintaining a fair and engaging environment for players.

Work History & Achievements

• Minecraft (Community Moderator | 2011 - 2012): Started my path in a Chilean server. My primary focus was community support and active engagement. This role allowed me to build a strong foundation in conflict resolution and player mediation.
  
• Pro-Chile Freeroam - MTA:SA (Administrator | 2014 - Closing): Rising from Moderator to Administrator, I managed a daily average of 75 concurrent players. My responsibilities included staff oversight, recruitment, and performance evaluation. I successfully streamlined the staff team to ensure high-quality moderation and maintained a stable, toxicity-free environment.
  
• Tokyo Drift Brasil - MTA:SA (Moderator | 2016 - Closing): During this period, I adapted to a foreign community, achieving an intermediate level of Portuguese to effectively communicate with the player base. This experience enhanced my ability to handle multicultural environments and broadened my perspective on global community management.
  
• Firestorm - World of Warcraft (Game Master | 2023 - 1 Year): My most recent and demanding role. Handling a massive player count, I managed complex tickets, in-game disputes, and technical support. This position required high efficiency, quick decision-making, and the ability to stay calm under intense pressure.
