Hello, everyone!
Today we want to introduce Shooter Open Division. It's a new competitive event made to change the routine of the same old clan wars and bring players together in a more open format. Anyone can join, teams are flexible and the focus is on bringing the community together in mixed teams and competing over the course of a month.
This will be a regular Shooter match, essentially a standard clan war, but with one key difference: mixed teams.
players can team up freely, creating more diversity in matches. This format breaks away from the usual clan war routine and brings a fresh competitive dynamic to the game.
All matches will count toward a monthly ranking and leaderboard and at the end of the month, the top scoring players will be rewarded.

Point System
- Kill: 1 point
- Survival: 1 point
- Winning the match: 12 points
- Losing the match: -3 points
- MVP: 6 points
- Top 2-4: 4 points
- Top 5-10: 2 points
- Winning Captain: 4 points
- Losing Captain: -4 points
How Leaderboard Works
- Each month has 16+ matches.
- Only up to 10 matches per player are counted in the ranking.
- If a player plays 10 or fewer matches, all results are counted.
- If a player plays more than 10 matches, only their best 10 results are counted.
- After completing their 10th match, a player may continue playing to improve their lowest results, as better performances will replace weaker ones.
How Matches Work
- The maximum number of players per team will be determined based on the total number of participants at the start of the event.
- The minimum number of players per team is 3v3. in-case we reach less than 6 players, the event will be cancelled.
- Two players will be selected to act as captains.
- The captains will then pick players one by one to form their teams.
- There are no player restrictions: anyone can join on match day and participate as long as they are picked by a captain.
- In-case of overtime, +4 rounds are going to be played. first team to win 3 rounds in a row wins.
- Match information such as: Captains, Date & Time, will be added in this thread a couple days before the event day.
Rules:
1. The maximum number of players per team will be determined based on the total number of participants at the start of the event. The minimum required to start a match is 3v3.
2. Substitutes & Spectators
2.1 All spectators are considered substitutes and may be called to join a team when needed for team balancing.
2.2 When called, a substitute may accept or refuse the invitation.
2.3 If the spectator accepts, they have no right to choose which team they will join.
2.4 If the spectator refuses, they will not be called again if the opposing team later requires a player for balancing purposes.
3. Strategic Substitutions
3.1 Strategic substitutions not related to player balancing are only allowed at the end of Round 10.
3.2 In case of overtime, strategic substitutions can occur every 2 rounds.
3.3 At each substitution window, captains may substitute up to 3 players from their team.
3.4 A player replaced at the end of Round 10 can rejoin the match at the next substitution window if its the captain's will. The same rule applies during overtime.
4. Team switching is not allowed. Once a player has played one round for a team, he cannot play for the opposing team.
5. All players must use their official nickname throughout the entire match.
6. Captains are chosen in advance and must play from start to finish. Rage quitting or leaving without a valid reason will result in penalties.
7. Main Chat is restricted to captains only to avoid spam and keep the match organized.
8. Captains have the final say over team composition. If a player is substituted, they must move to spectators immediately. Refusal will result in forced removal and administrative punishment.
9. A player can only act as captain every 2 matches.
10. Captains are expected to act with maturity, professionalism, and fairness. Emotional or biased decisions, such as unfair substitutions to favor friends, may be taken into account in future matches.
11. The map pool is defined by the organizers and will be announced in advance along with the captains.
12. All players who played for the winning team will receive victory points. Players on the losing team will receive defeat points.
13. There is a limit of 3 free requests a match per team, but a time limit may be set by the referee, depending on the situation.
14. Players who troll, intentionally disrupt the match or negatively impact the match will be warned or punished based on severity.
15. Punishments may include temporary suspension from matches and being ineligible to act as captain.

The top 5 players at the end of the month will be rewarded with TFC prizes, with special recognition for the highest achievers.

4th: 400 TFC
5th: 200 TFC
