Reporting Darking for incompetency

5. Something to add: It has become more and more obvious that Darking is not fit to be a representative of community as his own personal insecurities are resulting in delusional and one sided penalties, that are not made for general community well being, but just to satisfy his own needs. I urge Leadership to take a closer look at what commands and for what purposes has Darking used in his time being server moderator, if not whole period then I'm sure last month or two would give good picture. Community guidelines are not only for the users themselves, but enpowered users such as moderators, that should be somewhat a role-model for average community user. But instead all his actions really show is censorship, targeting and lack of competency to have any power at all. Last month I have been issued total of 4 Warning Points solely by Darking. All behind convenient lable "RACISM" . To be given that kind of penalty there should be least two sentences worth of proof to base it upon, but in his case first 3 warnings were issued for saying n-word once and rappidly re-applying the penalties while I could not even access the chat. And the fourth Warning Point was issued today, more or less half hour ago, which really shows how delusional and paranoid he is. For this I'm going to provide a snippet of chat-log to give better context of what happened and how it was dealt with.

          What makes this whole situation even bigger joke is that message was not even meant for Darking, but Wade. At the time his username was covered in #000000 colorcode [black] and the way message of disapproval towards what Natz had been delivered appeared little bit hostile for me, thus the pun with implication of 'black man' being out of cool. If being dark skinned is viewed by Darking himself as some type of an insult, then there are proffesional institutions that offer guidance and counsulting for that sort of stuff, because I honestly do not think video game platform is a place to put it all out, morever in a paranoid matter. I usually do not report anyone for violating rules, but this is getting little out of hand and getting straightforward disrespectful, not to mention the bad picture it gives to the rest of the community moderators that are actually doing their sole purpose properly. Situation displayed in chat-log is not even an rule violation, but let us picture a person with a mindset that it is a form of insult. The most senseful escalation of the situation, if user chooses to not view the second party messages would be using /ignore command, thus keeping it strictly limited to both involved parties and no one else.

          Here is exact quote of Community Rules and Regulations thread posted by TFF Moderators. Lets break it down to simpler terms. Judging by his actions he was offended after reading a sentence, that consists total of 3 words. To pinpoint the cause of agression from moderator behalf I would guess the trigger word was " black " , which is a color, same as saying a ' white man ' or any other color that can be associated with a skin color of human. As extention to all this I would like to quote 3 more rules that come from the very same source and fit just perfectly.

          Not much of commentary is required after this quote. There are total of 9 general rules with these 3 additional guidelines, so easy to memorize, yet so terribly violated by own community moderator. Would like to urge you again to do a slight surveillance of this particular moderator to prevent something of same manner from happening again. Ideally his rights would be revoked, but it is not my place to make that sort of demands. This thread is solely to expose Darking for being incapable to moderate and provide the support to community that a user of his position is meant to, cheers .

Does not justify the means. You keep using your race as a safe cover to deal with things you do not want to deal with. There was nothing racist about the message written in chat, neither it had been done in provocative matter as it was 'word play' pun towards Wade as I already explained in higher detail in thread. If you're a snowflake that just looks for a reason to get a offended and abuse power that is a different thing, because as provided in chat-log - you were not even part of the conversation. Don't you think it is little mental to be so focued on one word? Especially one of so low profile, that is not even considered an insult.  How big ego you have to have to think everything said in chat is directed to you? Sorry to break it to you, but world does not revolve around you. Only implication that it would have to do with you is that you were in the same team with Wade,  aside from that it is pretty delusional. Your friends have done family death threat jokes, rape jokes and what not diverted to one another infront of you countless times, but when it is said by specific user, that you so beatifuly said is 'profiling you' and goes nowhere near to be as offensive as someone else jokes, suddenly it becomes a problem. You can twist this however you like, but by punishing me you broke 4 of 12 general community rules and the fact that you dont see your wrong doing just shows that you are not fit for Moderator position as I have mentioned several times now.

I do think what you said was an attempt of provocation towards me since it’s pretty much the first thing you did when you saw me after you’ve been banned for the same exact reason, I don’t know but you almost convinced me with overly victimizing yourself but it didn’t work & I would like to note that i would have still taken the same route over and over as long as you are doing what you always do.

Your thoughts or my thoughts, regardless you have broken community rules and you can not talk your way out of it. Again, message was not even for you to read, so I dont quite understand why are you repeating like a broken casset player, just because you say it multiple times does not make it any more true. It is little cute that you assume I would take that much of my own time to give you special treatement, but I joke around with and about pretty much everything. Also you're involved party, so no one is trying to convince you, thread is solely to report you for not following community guidelines and being incompetent moderator

Please try to keep your thoughts to yourself and If you're going to to come up with general statements about me and my habits, then back it up with actual logs or screenshots, if not the refrain from posting in threads you are irrelevant in, cheers

First of all, the case is hard to judge, there are some people that tend to believe Ciffon and vice versa but based on these logs there is no one really in favor.

At the end of the day there will be only speculations and interpretations, therefore i will remove your warn and hope that this thread is resolved.

Let me also say smth about Darking, he always does his job and i´ve never seen him punish on his own or just because he felt like it. I´ve also never seen someone complain about the punishment he has given.

This punishment was a bit controversial but I can imagine, that there was some truth behind his conclusion but whatever, my intention isn´t to continue this topic.
