Hi there,
Today, I would like to present you with my latest Old School map creation: "Knave." Inspired by my admiration for G.I character Arlecchino, I decided to create a map centered around her instead of basing it on a region. Arlecchino has become one of my favorite characters due to her intriguing backstory, past, and captivating character design.

Known as the Fourth of the Fatui Harbingers and also known as “Knave”, Arlecchino is the Director and Owner of the House of the Hearth, an orphanage in Snezhnaya.

Inspiration
I was inspired by the Arlecchino character demo video to create the map. The video starts in Mondstadt Cathedral and moves through Inazuma and the Sumeru desert region known as Mausoleum of King Deshret before ending in the Opera Epiclese of Fontaine. After the next part, we don't know where she went, only that she is sitting on a throne. I tried to replicate the scenes from the character demo video and synchronize the map's music with the atmosphere like as in my previous concept old school maps, Inazuma
, Sumeru, Mausoleum of King Deshret & Fontaine

However, I made a reinterpretation of one part. When the song becomes soft again with clouds and kids, I instead created a green zone covered with a hundreds of flowers. I added Arlecchino's character ascend material flower, the rainbow rose.

Features
If you experience lag or freezing while playing the map, simply type '/hidec' to remove the textures. However, if your computer is sufficiently powerful, you can execute '/hidec' once more to bring back the textures.

For better experience, please toggle map music on while playing the map.
You don't get bug at 0:50 it's just a Ultrathing bug, will not affected via normal effects of mta)

Sorry for the blind bug in the Knave map! here is the fixed version as an apology!
also I want to remind you to type /hidec to hide road textures if you have FPS issues)

Update 13.06.2023
Based on feedback I made a few changes on the map

 

  • Map has been relocated near the GTA San Andreas map to avoid the map limit.
  • The height of the map has been reduced to prevent players from being pulled to the ground during hunter fights.
  • The screen shake effect at 1:32 has been removed.
  • The number of flames on the map has been reduced to 9 from 20 at 2:10 for better performance.
  • The sky, weather, and time will automatically reset to '/day'" (daytime) "in 2 seconds after you reach the hunter location.
  • Blind bug at 0:50 fixed.
     

The download link has been updated with the latest update.
