That child insulted my mother, and I respected the laws of the server, and limits should be set with the cheating children. Thank you for your efforts.

After watching the evidence video, it was possible to conclude that moro's FPS drops were neither intentional nor beneficial. We can observe in the video that his FPS remained consistently between 48 and 60.  The only times it dropped below 45 were during moments in which he could not extract any advantage from it, such as when the map was loading or when he had already won the round. There was one moment on Ruzika when his FPS dropped to 42, but it lasted only a fraction of a second, and he wasn’t in a situation where he could benefit from that. If we were in DD or an arena that relies entirely on car collisions, this would be a completely different story.

It’s worth noting that any FPS value between 48 and 60 is allowed in Shooter, as long as it remains stable. In Moro's case, although his FPS wasn't perfectly stable, the fluctuations didn’t cause his car to teleport or appear laggy on your screen.

MTA itself has a command that allows you to adjust your FPS to any value between 45 and 60.

Now, regarding the insults, I will be muting Moro for 4h. In case he repeats the same behavior, feel free to make another report, and he will receive a harsher punishment.
