As you see, these mods support Ultra Thing reflection. If you may want to disable it - you won't have an ugly chrome effect, as most of the mods does.
It might be bugged to you (dirt effect). Actually it's easy to fix.
All you have to do is to find a vehicle.txd file in your GTA: SA folder (GTA San Andreas\models\generic). Open it via TXD Workshop. Select vehiclegrunge256 and replace it with
