Garage Bug

hei guys, today i bought body parts for my car. but as you can see in the screenshot , i chose a front bumper but it still looks the same. same thing for the rear bumper and the spoiler. nothing has changed. am i doing anything wrong or is this a bug? also my vehicle lights doesnt change.

i have everything enabled in "performance" or is there any other thing i have to enable?
