Direxctx error

Guys I tried to use ENB series but when I start MTA , an error appears and says that I don't have Directx 9.0 or more.. and I have directx 12.

*I've Windows 8 and i had the same error with my last computer..

Just install Direct X 9.x. Had that problem before. Otherwise, reinstall GTA Sa and Instal Direct X 9.0 from the disc.
