Cant open topic

Hi All

I dont really know its right place to post but , i cant open Team Request . It tells "You Cannot Start A New Topic".

Do i need to do something for post? Or requests closed atm? Or its just a bug? I hope you can help me.

There is a bug in there and at the same time, requests are closed till 2.0 comes out. I cant tell when it will comes but all i can say is soon, so be patient please.

You can still post your request there.
