My idea is in one event.
Everyday there are a lot of people on server. So it will be nice to make such event when player with most hours played on server per day will be rewarded.
For example
1st place will get 300 pt and 100 000
2nd place will get 200 pt and 50 000
3rd place will get 100 pt and 25 000
It will show who is the biggest JERK!!!
With help of Anti-AFK there will be no campers
And player who was kicked 3 and more times will be canceled from List of players who could get reward for that day.
