Join Training, select a map, don't move, spectate someone, then stop spectating, you won't be able use warp commands (/sw, /lw, /dw), you need to kill yourself (pressing F), to be able to use these commands again.
Basically when you are in the "freeze mode", before start moving and spectate someone, after that you won't be able to use warp commands.
