All you have to do is to copy all those zips to :
MTA San Andreas 1.5/server/mods/deathmatch/resources

/start allinone --> Draw script.
/start amt --> Arezu's mapping tool.
/start mrt --> Movement recorder tool.
/start autoshade --> Covering tool. (Shift+G) to open. 
/start palm --> Palm script.
/start radio --> Radio script. (f10 to stop radio)
/start netools --> NeXtreme's Editor Tools.
/start arrowsigns --> Moving arrowsigns. (ID : 7910)
