2 week application block after being declined

If you applied and got declined you have an application block for 2 weeks, means:

If you apply u have to wait 1 week for the answer, in case of being declined you have to wait 2 weeks more until you're allowed to apply again.

I think this is waay to short in my opinion.

I mean, in 2 weeks you cant rly change that much so it would be kinda useless to apply again, cuz i think theres like a 90% chance that you are gonna be declined again. I would say make it a month?
