Stutter bug, dissapearing nos (fixed or not)?

I’ve been quite active on the server lately and  I’ve noticed a strange  bug on the server. I’m not sure if anyone else has experienced it, but it’s quite annoying (although I haven’t had it for about 3 days now, so maybe it’s already been fixed). Sometimes there are small, rare stutters, and when a stutter happens, the NOS from your car simply disappears and is no longer available, which is very strange .

If there's a chance to fix would be appreciated.

Case closed, it's totally fixed.
