Can we sign up for Rest of The World if we have no intention to participate for our countries?

No, It's reserved for countries with less than 5 players.

If we allowed that, everyone would call his "skilled" friends to sign up for "Rest of The World" to simply win a Tournament. That's not a point of this World Cup.

Well, it could be.

If Chech nor Slovakia don't reach enough amount of players, we could solve it in that way as you say.

Well, you cannot expect from Czech and Slovak players to not play together. There are simply not enough Slovak/Czech players to represent their whole country, we played ~3years under Czechoslovakia. So just letting you know, to delete Czech and Slovak topics and simply make Czechoslovakia..

Well, picking max ping is always a problem since there are players from all over the world. If I'm not wrong, you're from Australia what means you'll have a high ping. We will still let you play under a condition you won't lag a lot. If players are going to complain about the lags and your ping , referee on your match will choose to either replace you with someone or let you play further.
