5. Something to add:
Firstly I want to mention that I know I'm not blameless either, but this is already the umpteenth time we've caught him snitching in the Polish chat. He shouldn't be here, and he shouldn't see messages on our chat, we don't enter the German chat to see what they are writing about us =). There should be the ability to see who is currently in which chat to prevent such behavior. If you can't write in any language other than English on the global chat, why does he enter the Polish chat when he can't communicate in it anyway? Just to snitch? 
And since the administration on this server acts so formally, the reason for the first mute seems rather inappropriate.

Second point is, there is no rule were its forbidden to enter a language chat of any Language. Even if i "shouldn't" be there is there no kind of right to insult who ever u want.
