The ID column is too tight to support 3 digits, as you can see in the image bellow, when the ID has 3 digits it seems it's part of the nickname, so I think the best ideia is to make it's size be able to fit at least 3 digits, because server's max number of players in the server is 512, no reason to support 4 or more digits.
Another reason to change it, is that even how it's today, if the ID doesn't contains the '1' number, for example ID 999, it will overlap the nickname.
