Follow this road:

Default setup;

C:\Program Files\MTA San Andreas 1.5\server\mods\deathmatch\resources

or

C:\Program Files(x86)\MTA San Andreas 1.5\server\mods\deathmatch\resources

and paste the script

start server and do it /start youtube-browser
