1. Introduction
Hello, my name is Richard, im 27 years old, and im from Galicia, Spain. ive had many names, but only a few truly hold a special place in my heart: SysteM, AzmoG, and Fhame.
I consider myself a chill guy with a forward thinking mindset. Right now, im working on starting my own restaurant here in Galicia. Besides that, im also a little scripter/developer i was a scripter and staff manager for a FiveM roleplay server with a daily player base of 150-200 currently, im experimenting with integrating AI into MTA mapping to assist with decoration (though the track itself might be a bit basic). Aside from MTA, i was also a semi-pro R6 player for a Spanish team and we won some local tournaments here in Spain.
2. My MTA Journey
My history with MTA is quite long, not gonna lie. I started playing with a few IRL friends on FFS back when it had a player base of around 15 people (yeah, that long ago xD). We mostly played while getting high and a few months later, we decided to create our first clan, TBB (The Blood Benders). With the help of LG (Arsilex), we even managed to set up a few servers.
The next thing i remember is playing on the TFF server around 2013. I still recall playing the first Anti-Z map, when the /vr command wasnt working and ppl with rights started to do 20 redos for that map. I also remember when donators had sound command, i had so much fun with /care Nao will remember this xD

4. Why TFF?
As a veteran of the TFF server, i believe its time to take a step forward and actively contribute to its growth and improvement. Over the years ive seen how the server has evolved, and i know there is always room for new ideas, optimizations, and fresh approaches to keep it engaging for both old and new players.
TFF has been an important part of my MTA journey, and now i want to give back to the community by helping refine and enhance the experience for everyone.
5. What I Can Offer
I believe i can contribute not only to server moderation and overall improvements but also by participating in CW if needed. My experience in various leadership and management roles has given me a solid understanding of how to maintain a organized and engaging community.
Beyond that, i have ideas that extend beyond MTA, which could bring something fresh and unique to TFF. Whether its implementing new mechanics, enhancing user experience, or introducing innovative event concepts, im always looking for ways to push boundaries and make the server stand out. My goal is to help TFF evolve, ensuring that it remains a dynamic and enjoyable place for both veteran and new players.

My experience as a staff manager and developer in FiveM, along with my current work on integrating AI into MTA mapping, shows that im always looking to push boundaries and bring something new to the table.
On top of that, im a chill and mature guy who knows how to work in a team and contribute to a positive atmosphere. im not just here to play im here to help improve and evolve the community.
