Event Hosting
The Event Hosting page is the main control panel used by tournament organizers on The Favoured Few. It allows a host to create, configure, and schedule official competitive events that the entire community can participate in. Every part of this page affects how the tournament will look, feel, and function once it goes live.
Hosting an event gives full control over the name of the competition, the gamemode it will use, the arena layout, and the exact time the match will begin. After configuration, the event is submitted for verification and becomes available for players to join.
Key Details
Events on The Favoured Few can be hosted and played by official community clans, giving them the chance to run their own competitive activities in a way that feels truly their own. Clans that want to organize an event can propose a prize pool, and the server staff may even join in to help co-sponsor it.
Even clans that don’t have their own server are welcome to use our official event server to host tournaments, clan wars, or other community activities. This gives them a place to shine, build their reputation, and connect with new players.
The entire initiative exists to support community-driven clans. We aim to give every clan the freedom and backing to create, manage, and grow their own events, with the full support of The Favoured Few behind them.
Event Hosting Preview
Available Gamemodes
These gamemodes decide what kind of battle format the tournament will use. Each one changes how the fight plays out, what players need to do, and how victory is determined. Community Clans competes under the single mode you selected, ensuring the entire tournament runs with the same rules, flow, and style of gameplay.
Map Picking
When you host an official match, a staff member will be available to help you set up the maps exactly the way you want them. You’re free to choose which maps will be played, giving you full control over the flow and style of the event. Referees can also be assigned to oversee the match, ensuring fair play, proper rule enforcement, and a well-organized experience from start to finish.
For drafts, our tool will allow you to generate your own maplist or use an existing one. This tool will be available in the tournament room as well as in the training room. To access it in training arena, an admin should give you access.
Tournament Start Time
The host can either start the event immediately or choose a specific date and time for it to launch. The system shows the current server time and calculates exactly when the arena will start, so players know how long until the fight begins.
Admin Approval
Interested in hosting your own event? Reach out to a staff member with your event concept, rules, and prize ideas to get started. Only staff members are able to approve your request, so make sure to contact them in-game or through our Discord server.
Announcements
Once your event is approved, an announcement will be broadcast across all of our communication channels, including in-game notifications and our official Discord server. In-game announcements appear directly on the event panel and server messages, allowing anyone currently online to see the upcoming match. These announcements keep the community informed, organized, and excited for the event, creating a consistent flow of participation and engagement across both platforms.

A new feature is on the way, bringing a refreshed and modern look to your interface. You can now elevate your entire UI experience with fully customizable options. Move elements freely, adjust the layout, and tailor the appearance to match your preferences. Enjoy a cleaner, more flexible, and more dynamic interface than ever before.
There are still some adjustments to be made to take more components into account. It won't be released immediately, but definitely in a few days.
