resource: Shader Skybox v1.24

The script along with the shader have been rewritten from scratch.
The dimensions of the object reach farClipDistance. The fog effect
has been disabled, but can be recreated by setting a fFogEnable variable.

You can scale, rotate and animate the cube texture.

Description:
Using a high scale LOD object (sphere) to draw (.dds) cubebox on.
